Pooja Hedge was born on 13 October 1990 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has been an Indian Film Actress and Model known for her roles in films such as Tamil Telugu and Hindi. She was brought up in an Hindu family by Manjunath, Latha and their son. Rishabh Hegde was her sibling. Pooja belongs to a family who is mostly from Udupi. She is fluent in Hindi, Tamil Telugu Kannada and English. Pooja decided to be a model/actress because she has been fascinated by modelling and fashion since her the age of ten. She began to pursue her dream of being a model during the time she was studying. She participated in Miss Universe India 2010 and came in second place. She focused her path into films after this. In order to get break-in films she met several southern filmmakers and Mughmodo was the first film to be a part of her career. Mughmodo the first film she made for her career was the result of her efforts to gain the opportunity for a break in film. The film Oka Laila Kosam was the title for the film that she was offered. She received a number of offers in the following months and starred in several south Indian film. Ashutosh Gorvarikar was her director for her debut Bollywood film Mohanjo Dara in 2016, in which Hrithik Rohan played the lead. It was a blockbuster hit at the box office before she moved to the south again. Saakshyam Arvinda Samethaveera Raghava and Maharshi were her Telugu films that debuted in Bollywood. Her role was featured in Bollywood movie Housefull 4 and her films were all successful.
