Lisa Olivia Munn is a born and raised in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and is of Chinese roots, but her father Winston Barrett Munn comes from an American family. Olivia's parents split up at the age of 2 years old. The mother of Olivia raised her and her stepfather, who is a United States Air Force officer. The family emigrated to Oklahoma and moved to various locations, however she spent most of her childhood in Tokyo. It was where she appeared in theatre productions during this period and became a fashion actress for Japanese industry. Olivia returned her home to Los Angeles after the family's relocation to America. United States. She pursued her dream of being an actor. After a few small parts, her career took an extremely promising direction when she was offered the character of Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed television show Beyond the Break (2006) and also the role of Rob Schneider's receptionist in Big Stan (2007). She hosts G4's podcasts "The Daily Nut" as well as "Formula D". Her passion for surfing is something she's continued after the TV series Beyond the Break. Black belts are hers in taekwondo.
