Annmarie, a Human Resources professional with more than 30 years of experience, has helped leaders team members, as well as companies improve performance. Particularly in times of fast-paced transformation as well as business growth. She has been a key partner to translate human and business strategies into strategic goals for organizations and plans has been a part of organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. She is a lover of learning and regards the development of leaders as well as teams as the biggest competitive advantage. Her extensive experience includes working in Fortune 500 as well as mid-sized and small companies to coach and develop managers, and achieving outcomes, she has helped to create organizational cultures that embody changing and learning. Annmarie's enthusiasm for promoting Learning Ally has inspired her to give her time and talents to this cause. Additionally, she supports a variety of nonprofit organizations in the time she has off. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to help women develop as leaders. Annmarie also offers training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
