April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress, model and singer. Her most well-known role is that of Kandi on the CBS comedy show Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City.
