Ali MacGraw
Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American model actor author designer and activist for animal rights. Ali MacGraw is known for films such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. New York was her home and she grew up in a creative environment. After working as an assistant to photographers then she turned her attention towards modeling and acting. Her two first films were noticed, and she was awarded recognition with the Golden Globe Award of Most Newcomer of the Year. Her film MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was one of the biggest hits that gained fame to the world, as well an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. In just three years, she had been voted as the top female box office starter in the world. Her handprints, autograph and footprints were engraved in 1972 by Grauman's Chinese Theater. Some of the films she's been in are The Getaway Convoy Players as and the television miniseries The Winds of War. Moving Pictures is her autobiography released in 1991. MacGraw married three people.
